At Yamindy Agency, all services are custom-made and tailored to each client’s specific needs. This Refund Policy explains how cancellations
and refunds are handled.

1. Custom Services

Yamindy Agency provides creative and digital services that are:

Customized

Time-based

Strategically planned per client

Because of the nature of our work, resources and time are allocated immediately once a project or service begins.

2. No Refunds After Start

Once a project, consultation, or service has started, refunds are not available.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Strategy sessions

Creative work

Design or development

Content production

Advertising setup or management

3. Cancellations Before Start

If a cancellation is requested before any work has begun, it may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any decision regarding refunds or credits is at the sole discretion of Yamindy Agency LLC.

4. Scope Changes

Changes in project scope, direction, or requirements after work has started do not qualify for refunds. Adjustments may be discussed and handled as part of a revised scope or additional agreement.

5. Non-Transferable Services

All services purchased or booked are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another client or project without prior approval.
